Truthful, I recognize these people from Russelldale and the apartment #4. The address is 5071 Delta Street, Apt. #4, North Charleston. From the activity I've observed there is no good going on there and is definitely being used as a cave or drug hold by the Dale Boys as they like to call themselves. The actual tenant in #4 is called Chicken and his rent and utilities are probably being paid by them. Their current designated clothing is all black. It used to be woodland camo. So, Truthful nice try but there are no assumptions being made and if there are they are correct.
This citizen has had enough and is standing up. North Charleston P.D. - don't let this citizen down.
Here are some pictures we have been monitoring on a page using the profile name "Bone Less". As you can see from the label of the album, this is one of the 'traps' they use to deal from. If the old guy isn't "Chicken" he is another person being bought off by the dealers in Russelldale so they can use his apartment. Sweet deal, huh?
We sure are learning a lot about drug dealing in the 21st century.
