"Just Marcus Boyd" was arrested and charged with B&E Motor Vehicle and Possession of Marijuana.
Boyd has quite an extensive criminal history in Charleston County.
He was charged with 2nd Degree Burglary in January of 2008. The charge was dismissed for lack of prosecution.
In June of 2008 he was charged with Possession of Schedule IV narcotics. The charge was dropped by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.
2009 was a busy year for this crook. Boyd was arrested in March for Forgery Less than $5000 and Theft of a Controlled Substance.
In August he was charged with 2nd Degree Burglary, Strong Arm Robbery and two counts of Financial Transaction Card Theft.
All of the charges Boyd accrued in 2009 were disposed of on 3 March, 2010. He pled guilty to burglary, strong arm robbery and one count of financial transaction card theft and forgery. The remainder of the charges were dismissed. He was sentenced under the Youthful Offender Act to a term not to exceed six years, suspended in lieu of three years probation. Isn't that something? Wow!
December of 2011 brought another charge of Financial Transaction Card Theft. This charge is still pending.
Boyd was charged with a probation violation on 3 May, 2012. It's about time they got around to doing that, huh?

He is a thief and has done bad things to many people, and he probably won't ever change, but whoever put this up is heartless. Thats his facebook, that is private. Whats more amazing is people like you stooping to this level. Just cause he is a thief doesn't mean you should act like one and put him on blast
