Raynard Montel Eady, one third of the robbery crew just indicted federally, began his adult criminal career in 200. He was charged with Grand Larceny and pled guilty. He was sentenced to two years, suspended on one year of probation. Apparently had failed to show for a previous hearing and a bench warrant had been issued. The warrant was rescinded with the plea.
Eady also has a number of traffic offenses for which he failed to appear in court.
In June of 2002 he was charged with Giving False Information to Police. He was tried in his absence and found guilty.
In August of 2002 Eady was charged with Grand Larceny - Failure to Return Rental Property. He pled guilty and was sentenced to six months, suspended on service of twenty-three days and one year of probation.
In February of 2003 Eady was charged with a probation violation. Some idiot bond judge game him a $5,000 personal recognizance bond in spite of all those failures to appear in court we mentioned previously. There is no status on the violation.
In 2006 he was charged with Possession of Cocaine Base (crack). The charge was dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.
In March of 2009 we see Eady charged with Failure to Stop for Blue Lights, and Resisting Arrest. Another idiot bond judge gave him two $10,000 personal recognizance bonds. Eady was indicted, yet the charges are still pending after more than three years. We wonder if the 9th Circuit Solicitor would care to comment?
In July of 2009 Eady was charged with Armed Robbery and Possession of a Weapon During a Crime. His bond was set at $100,000 on the robbery charge and $50,000 on the weapons charge. These charges are still pending.
On 6 October, 2009 Eady was charged with Pointing and Presenting a Firearm. There is no bond information. This charge may be related to the armed robbery charge above as we notice Eady did not make bond until 29 Jaunary, 2010. The charge is still pending.
While out on bond Eady was charged in June of 2010 with Habitual Offender, a traffic felony. His bond was set at $10,000. Apparently there was no action taken with regard to revoking all of the bonds he was free on at the time.
In May of 2011 he picked up another armed robbery charge. No bond information is available. We did not find the armed robbery charge he was arrested for in February of 2011, but we did find that charge for his co-defendant. This may be a clerical error, but the Charleston County Clerk's site has proven to be fairly accurate up until now. We know he is still in jail on that charge.
We are still working on Eady's two co-defendants.
