Tarrance Jordan - Lee Correctional

Our latest blog star is "Beatz Jordan", real name Tarrance Jordan. He, like many others posted here, is serving time at Lee Correctional Institution. Does EVERY inmate at Lee have a cell phone? Hell, they might as well start giving them out when they issue prison uniforms and bedding. Sheesh!

Jordan hails from Leavenworth Road (how appropriate is that?) in Florence County. He was arrested in 2008 and charged with six counts of Armed Robbery, four counts of Kidnapping, three counts of Burglary, three counts of Possession of a Weapon During Commission of a Violent Crime and one count of grand larceny. We won't waste the space with the images from the court search.

One charge each of grand larceny, armed robbery and kidnapping were dropped by the 12th Circuit Solicitor. After a trial Jordan was found guilty of all of the remaining charges. He was sentenced to a total of three-hundred-forty-five years in prison, but only has to serve eighty-five percent of thirty years since the judge set the sentences to run concurrently.

Good news, though. Jordan may be getting a new trial!
