Yeah, I'm tired of it. A lifeguard confronts this piece of trash and doesn't have the cojones to deliver a fast one to the midsection followed by a hickory shampoo? He isn't like any lifeguard that I ever met. He doesn't have the right mental attitude.

I know that my friends and family would have waded in, and while my own dear mother would likely not have administered a class A ass whippin', the man would have left and he would have know for sure he had been in a fight. Any of my brothers, now, they would have kicked some ass - even though we're all old and generally beyond that kind of thing, there are exceptions.
This parasite is likely mentally ill, likely off his meds and might even have escaped the local mental institution. All that aside, crazy ain't stupid, and if he received a beating the last time he went off his meds and tried something like this, he wouldn't be doing it again.
He'll be getting out on bail I'm sure. He won't be difficult to find. Why don't you go find him?
DeleteHis wife died in 2004 and he left Bamberg to move to Charleston, but has made stops in Savannah and Myrtle Beach, and a city in NC...no charges anywhere that I can find. He was involved in a civil suit against a woman who he hired to check his MAIL...I think there's a disconnect in his neurons somewhere. I'm thinking that he's got Alzheimers or something equally debilitating. The only other thing I can find on him here is a Public Drunkenness charge. I think he's off his rocker, and alcohol surely doesn't help. I also can't figure the COMPLACENCY of a beach full of people, more than half of which have GOT to have cell phones didn't 1) kick the SH#T OUT OF THIS MAN, or 2) Call the police BEFORE a family had to swim for 20 minutes while waiting for him to leave. Remember Kitty Genovese? NOBODY HELPED. That's who everybody at the beach is? DISGUSTING.

ReplyDeleteOh heck no.... He wouldn't have had the chance to get close enough to my daughter to reach out and touch her much less sit on her and hold her down. And I could care less how old he is, or how young for that matter. Either way I would have happily went to jail if need be.
