The Deas Crime Family

We decided to profile one family name with links to the Ardmore subdivision. Why? Well, last week the Propaganda & Criminals newspaper told us how safe Ardmore was. Today we saw an article that stated the opposite. If you are getting your news from that source and relying on it to keep you safe and informed you might want to look elsewhere for your information.

Let's open this huge post with "Des Deas", real name Desmond Maurice Deas. He is tight with "Coner Boy Thugga" and the rest of the Ardmore crew. Desmond has quite a criminal history and contempt for the law and law enforcement. He was recently arrested by the Charleston Police Department and apparently beat the case.

He was released around the 11 June.

On 12 June he decided to talk shit and challenge CPD.

Desmond was shot earlier this year.

Talking trash again.

Desmond even talks trash about the doctors who kept him alive. Rather disturbing considering the fact that you - the taxpayers - are paying for the expensive medical care resulting from this disagreement between thugs.

Let's review Desmond's arrest history in Charleston County. In October of 2008 he was charged with Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature. He pled guilty two years later and was sentenced under the YoA by Judge Roger Young to a term not to exceed six years, suspended on service of 189 days and two years probation.

While Desmond was out on bond on the ABHAN charge he was arrested in January of 2009 and charged with Armed Robbery and Possession of a Firearm During a Violent Crime.

These two charges were rolled into the previously mentioned court date in November of 2010. The 9th Circuit Solicitor dismissed the firearm charge because Des pled guilty to the unrelated ABHAN. The solicitor allowed him to plead guilty to the lesser offense of Strong Arm Robbery. Judge Young gave him the same sentence for this charge as for the ABHAN charge.

Exactly seven days after being sentenced by Judge Young Desmond was charged with two counts of Assaulting an Officer While Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Conduct Towards a Child, Disorderly Conduct, Trespassing and False Information to Police.

In June of 2011 Desmond stood before Judge Roger Young once again. He pled guilty to both charges of resisting arrest. The unlawful conduct toward a child was dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor. Despite having previously sentenced him to probation, Judge Young once again sentenced Desmond to one year on probation for each resisting arrest charge.

The remaining charges were magistrates level offenses. There is no disposition listed.

In March of 2011 Desmond was charged with 2nd Offense Criminal Domestic Violence. The 9th Circuit Solicitor dismissed the charge for reasons unknown.

On 23 July, 2011 Desmond was charged with 1st Offense Possession of Marijuana. There is no disposition on the charge.

One day later Desmond was charged again with 2nd Offense Criminal Domestic Violence. This charge was also dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

Next up is Richard Vernon Deas, the convicted murderer who was accessing his Facebook page from Lee Correctional Institution. He changed his profile name to "Charlestonthuglife Topboy Deas" in an effort to avoid us. He hasn't posted there in a while. That could mean he has another profile we haven't found yet or the folks at SCDC finally managed to shut him down.

Another young Ardmore thug is "OJ Deas", real name Odero Rashad Deas. He hails from Locksley Drive, not too far from his trappin' buddies Coner Boy Thugga, Hard Head, Shon See Turner and the rest of the crew.

This is what you see when you drive around Ardmore in the dark. Have you tried it yet? Probably not as it wouldn't be safe. If Obama had sons they could look like these two.

Every time we hear about the NAACP complaining about police stopping black males, dressed all in black and wearing a black hoodie we have to laugh. Seriously. Everyone knows the black thugs almost always dress that way.

Here is the best advice we can give to young black males who aren't thugs. If you don't want to be stopped by police for fitting the description why not wear a bright orange hoodie? That way, when the officer approaches you can state very emphatically, "Look officer, you know no self-respecting thug-tard would run around in a bright orange hoodie." And the officer would have to say, "Damn, you are a 100 percent right. Have a nice evening."

Our next entrant in the Deas syndicate goes by the name of "Fastcash Deas". His real name is Anthony Demoan Deas. No kidding.

Anthony likes to spew forth his ghetto wisdom about the Ardmore dope game and who a nigga can trust. Enjoy.

Like the rest of the Deas clan Anthony is no stranger to the police. Thanks to the 9th Circuit Solicitor he IS a stranger to prison.

In 2005 Anthony was charged with Grand Larceny. The 9th Circuit Solicitor dismissed the charge because a co-defendant pled guilty.

In 2007 Anthony was charged with 2nd Burglary. The charged was dismissed for "lack of prosection". This could mean a number of things. Either the officer didn't show up to testify at the preliminary hearing, the solicitor decided to drop the charge at the preliminary hearing, or Anthony ratted out someone to get the charge dropped so quickly.

In November of 2010 Anthony was charged with three counts of Distribution of Marijuana and one count of Distribution of Cocaine. The 9th Circuit Solicitor worked out hard-nosed plea agreement (not really) that dismissed two of the marijuana charges and the cocaine charge.

Anthony pled guilty to the remaining marijuana charge on 7 December, 2011 in front of Judge Hughston. Regular readers will already know where this is going.  Hughston sentenced Anthony under the YOA to a term not to exceed one to five years, suspended in favor of two years probation.

Well, there you have it citizens. We just 'stood up' and did our part as per Mayor Riley by exposing just one family of dope boys with serious criminal histories from the Ardmore neighborhood. We will not let up on the Ardmore crews until someone steps forward and gives up the name of the killer of Marley Lion. Just sayin'.
