In light of some of our recent posts about inmates asking for and receiving Green Dot numbers via their contraband cell phones and Facebook posts, we thought we would post this link from SCDC.
We know the families of our thugs, as well as the thugs themselves, read this blog on a regular basis. Now they have been notified of what is legal and what is not. Start charging the bastards, SCDC.
The problem as I see it is not that it's illegal. You know they know it is already. The problem is they aren't worried about not only using a phone to get on facebook but also about asking for a means to keep the phone alive. Why worry when the prison system is obviously not worried about it?
