"Young Pappooh" is a member of the Blood gang recently routed by the feds. We have been trying to determine his actual name for a couple of days now, but it has eluded us. We chose to go ahead and profile him because he is a member of that gang and, according to his own statements, will soon be released from SCDC custody. The residents of the Columbia area, particularly the Pinehurst neighborhood, should take special note. The feds don't want to tell the public where these thugs were from, but we will. The Pinehurst area is home turf to quite a few of them.
