Torey Robert Blackwell - 00344925 - Lee Correctional
Meet "Zay T Blackwell", real name Torey Robert Blackwell. He is an inmate at Lee Correctional Institution, serving thirty years for a voluntary manslaughter conviction. Blackwell was actually involved in two murders. Read HERE and HERE.
