Trainy Michelle Fishburne

Trainy Michelle Fishburne is wanted in connection with an armed robbery at a Subway restaurant. We wonder why her momma named her Trainy? Possibly an indicator of the type of career she might be qualified for - as in, pulling a _____? Or maybe momma couldn't spell "Tranny". No matter. You might spot her driving around in her black Ford Expedition bearing SC tags 532 2FL. If you spot her, call your local law enforcement agency. No matter how you look at it, she lives off of your hard work whether is free or in jail.

Trainy has quite the criminal history. In 2001 she was charged with Kidnapping, Pointing and Presenting a Firearm and Assault & Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature. The kidnapping charge was dismissed with the note that it doesn't apply to parents kidnapping children. Or maybe she kidnapped her parents, we aren't sure.

She pled guilty to the other two charges and was sentenced by Judge Pieper to one year on each charge, suspended in favor of one year of probation and mental health counseling.

In May of 2011 Trainy was charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Schedule III narcotics. She pled guilty to the cocaine charge and was sentenced by Judge Jefferson to one year in prison, suspended in favor of six months probation. Because probation works better when you repeatedly give it to an offender.

The other charge was dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

In July of 2011 she was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Unlawful Carrying of a Pistol and Unlawful Possession of a Pistol by a Prohibited Person. All charges were dismissed at the preliminary hearing by Judge Gosnell.

Someone should let National Fire and Casualty know that Trainy is a Section 8 queen who doesn't have two dimes to rub together. Suing her won't get them anything.
