The subject line read: Garrett Pearson
"I'm not too sure where all of your information is coming from but the family will file suit for all false accusations being made in these statements."
Well, let's see, Gerry. Our information came from Garrett's own public postings on his Facebook page and the case search site of the 11th Judicial Circuit. If there are any falsehoods in Garrett's lengthy criminal history you might want to take it up with the Clerk of Court there. Anything else should be handled between you and Garrett. Maybe the administration of a fatherly ass-whipping will prove to be the answer to resolving his criminal tendencies. We doubt it, though. Wasn't his mother locked up once or twice?
The mugshot above was a result of Momma Pearson being charged with trying to smuggle contraband to her son Garrett while he was incarcerated.
That charge was dismissed in March of 2010 when she agreed to plead guilty to this charge from 2007 - Intimidation of Court Officials, Jurors or Witnesses. She was sentenced to one year, suspended in favor of six months of probation.
Hey, Gerry, when you try to intimidate someone you should probably ensure you are on firm legal footing. Furthermore, you should make sure the folks you are trying to intimidate don't have a firm grasp on the law themselves. You can piss up a rope if you want to, but we promise you it will cost you a LOT of cash and property. Have a great day!!
Update: As mentioned by some of our readers here and in our e-mail, Garrett Pearson was arrested yesterday for DUI and Possession of Marijuana. His younger brother Gerry wants to be a police officer. He might want to disassociate himself from Garrett.

ReplyDeleteCould you be any more ignorant? Everything on this site regarding your thug relative is in his own words and from his public criminal record. If anyone besides Garrett is guilty, it would be his worthless relatives (like yourself?) who didn't raise him right or keep him in line. He's obviously incredibly uneducated, lazy, and good for nothing. The best we can hope for him is that his nigga friends take him out permanently so that decent law- abiding citizens won't have to continue to support him--in jail or out. Btw thanks for keeping him in the news. It's always helpful to be reminded about who to look out for.

ReplyDeleteI want to add that if that's your mother or wife, or both, you need to get that woman some help. If you can look at your life and say it's OKAY, and you're fine with your mother being an enabling piece of trash..more power to you. That's a d@mned shame. There's a town in Georgia that people have talked about for years, and even the residents of that little dysfunctional community would think you're seriously f#cked up.

Someone remind Gerry that even though the comments might have been deleted from the facebook page they will not automatically be deleted from the screen shots posted on the blog also. So NOT only is there public record which is available for anyone to see, there is also proof that Garrett posted the comments and photo's on his facebook page. I'm sure you can find a hungry attorney willing to take the case and bilk you out of thousands of dollars then laughs at you the whole way to the bank.
Gerry let me share something with you that my dear old grandpa, God rest his soul, used to say.. It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than speak and remove all doubt.
