Gender Discrimination?

Patrick Williams and Nayvone Smith have no real criminal history in Colleton County we could find. We did, however note something interesting.

Partrick Williams was charged with Trafficking 10 Pounds or More of Marijuana. Judge Henderson set his bond at $75,000. He is still in jail.

Nayvone Smith was charged with the same offense. Judge Henderson set her bond at $40,000. She bonded out on August 1st.

Something just is not right here. What do you think?
