Hadden Andre Smith

Hadden Andre Smith was arrested by authorities in Berkeley County and charged with Trafficking Cocaine, PWID Marijuana and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime. He was found to be possession of cocaine, weed, two firearms and $250,000 in cash.

The only bright spot here is someone is going to want their money. If Smith can't provide it, well, he might just quietly disappear never to be seen again.

The 9th Circuit Solicitor could have put a stop to Smith's activities back in 2010 when he was charged with PWID Marijuana, Failure to Stop for a Blue Light and Distribution of Marijuana in Berkeley County. The 9th Circuit Solicitor chose instead to dismiss ALL of the charges on 11 April, 2011.

Hey, who can blame the guy? He was allowed to get away with his crimes with no consequences, so why wouldn't he go back into the drug business. Let's see what happens this time.
