"Arthur Chavis" and Caleb Brad Matlock have been charged with two counts of murder by Berkeley County authorities in the deaths of Dana Woods and June Guerry.
We put up the criminal charges for Kennyth Brad Matlock when the media was identifying Caleb only as "Brad Matlock". We are now told Kennyth is Caleb's brother. Since we already have Kennyth's arrest info up, we will leave it up. Seems to run in the family. We found no publicly accessible arrest data for Caleb.
At this time there is no reliable information that Kennyth was involved in the murders of Woods and Guerry.
Kennyth Matlock has a charges pending from April 2012 when he was jailed for Failure to Stop for Blue Lights and Child Endangerment. Apparently he had a kid in the car when he was fleeing from police. Berkeley County doesn't list bonds in their database so we don't know how high of a bond he had for those charges.
Arthur Ray Chavis had a Grand Larceny charge dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor back in 2010. In 2011 he pled guilty to 3rd Degree Burglary. He was sentenced by Judge R. Markley Dennis to three years, suspended in favor eighteen months probation. Had he been in prison, Judge Dennis and Solicitor Wilson, he wouldn't have been involved in murdering two young women.
Congrats Scarlet and Markley. You helped murder two women.

I hope Chavis and Matlock die terrifying, painful deaths. Worthless evil thugs.
Too many are let go, with just a slap on the wrist, let go to go out into the world to continue and upgrade their crimes.

ReplyDeleteIt appears from what I read in the comment section on another site that Kennyth might be Caleb's brother. One commenter wrote on the Channel 2 website "kennys brother! and kennys cousin." Arthur "Ray" Chavis is Kennyth's cousin and Kennyth's Myspace says he is 20 not 23.

Kennyth and Caleb are NOT the same guy. Caleb's middle name is Bradd: two B's.
