Robert Rashad Cuttino & Shaquille Alexander Smalls

Remember way back when we profiled the "Loud Gang" in Trailwood Mobile Home Park? Thanks to the criminal proclivities of that group of thugs and the news media we have now identified two of those  maggots we discussed in the previous post.

Two of those ass clowns were arrested for burglarizing a home on Kay Street in Trailwood MHP. Is the weed business that bad they are now resorting to burglary to stack bands?

"Freebandzz Shaq" is Shaquille Alexander Smalls.

"DuckGrindinhard Fatz" is Robert Rashad Cuttino, who also uses the name "Rasshad Cuttino".

"I dint do nuffin!"

We have been told that Trailwood MHP has always had a problem with burglaries, but it is getting worse since the park has been sold and folks are being run off. Good job by NCPD getting these two maggots their first, newly minted adult charges. We know they have a litany of juvenile charges, but the folks who provided that information won't provide the juvenile charges. That would be a violation of the law. We respect those folks for such ethical behavior even though it pains them to keep that confidentiality.

See how this works, folks? We only knew them by their Facebook names. When we saw they were arrested for an offense in Trailwood we immediately examined every post we have ever made related to that location. From there it was just a matter of matching up pictures.

We would like to invite more of our law enforcement officers to participate in this endeavor on an anonymous basis. All we are asking for is assistance in determining the actual names of the 'unknown' thugs we post. We don't need anything else, we will take it from there. Just grab a throwaway email account and help us out once in a while. We are here to support you, after all.

More Usual Suspects

We don't have the time to do the research on all of the drug dealing thugs listed in this article. We congratulate the Charleston County Sheriff's Office on a job well done.

Clayton Eugene Lemon, Jr.

Clayton Eugene Lemon, Jr. was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder for trying to run down a Folly Beach officer with a vehicle. Lemon was given a $250,000 bond on this latest charge. We hope the 9th Circuit Solicitor follows through on this one, considering the evidence we will present shows Scarlett Wilson's office likes to dismiss charges against Lemon with the note, "Lacks prosecutorial merit."

In 2005 Lemon was charged with Failure to Stop for Blue Light and Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. He pled guilty to the failure to stop charge and Judge Pieper sentenced him to one year, suspended on the service of thirty days and fifteen months probation.

In January of 2006 Lemon was charged with Possessions of Crack. The 9th Circuit Solicitor dismissed the charge - "lacks prosecutorial merit".

In March of 2006 Lemon was charged with Distribution of Crack and Distribution of Crack Near a School. We all know the school charge would be dismissed - and it was. Lemon pled guilty before Judge Dennis in April of 2007. Dennis sentences Lemon to eighteen months, suspended to one year of probation and a $300 fine.

Why in hell would Judge Dennis think probation meant anything to Lemon when he committed these offenses while he was on probation?

And where is the probation violation we would expect to see as a result of this arrest and conviction?

In December of 2006 Lemon was charged with 2nd Offense Possession of Marijuana. The 9th Circuit Solicitor dismissed the charge in 2007 without comment.

In April of 2007 Lemon was charged with 1st Degree Burglary. The 9th Circuit Solicitor sat on the case for two years and finally dismissed the charges in June of 2009. The case notes indicate "facts insufficient to prosecute". Hmm....were the facts also insufficient when they were presented the Grand Jury who indicted Lemon?

In August of 2007 Lemon was charged with Possession of MDMA (ecstacy). The 9th Circuit Solicitor also sat on this case for two years and dismissed it in June of 2009 with the note, "facts insufficient to prosecute". We have the same question already posed above.

In 2011 Lemon was charged with 1st Offense Possession of Marijuana. He was found guilty and a bench warrant was issued because he failed to pay the fine of show up for court.

After conducting this arrest analysis we have to ask, who does Lemon know at the 9th Circuit Solicitor's office? Or does our moment of speculation 'lack prosecutorial merit'?

Four in Orangeburg County

Four hood-rats have been arrested in Orangeburg County and charged with murder and attempted murder. Yes - the usual suspects.

Donte Jarod Stokes
Demetric Deontre Quattlebaum (Quatterbum)

Deshaun Jamel Fordham
Jerry Jarell McKnight

Here is a recent Facebook post from "Deshaun Fordham".

We suppose Fordham can now tell his niggaz all that crap in person.

Jerry "Jarell McKnight" prefers loyalty over royalty. Nice platitude there, Jerry. (look it up)

McKnight is the only one of the four we were able to find a criminal history for. He has arrests from 2011 and 2012. His pending charges are for Assault & Battery of  a High and Aggravated Nature, 2nd Degree Burglary and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Demetric Deontre Quattlebaum used the name "Dontea Quatterbum" on Facebook. He likes to show off his guns.

"Donte Stokes" has nothing on his page other than the usual 'free my niggaz' type of crap.

Coner Boy Thugga Identified

Thanks to our helpful cadre of readers "Coner Boy Thugga", who talks about doing 'walk-ups' and gunning people down, has been identified as David Leonard Capers. You can find our first profile of this thug HERE.

As we suspected, Capers is no stranger to law enforcement or jail. He has been the recipient of several generous gifts from solicitors of the 9th Circuit and judges.

Capers established his drug dealer credentials in September of 2005 when he was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Crack. We don't know the status of the first charge, but Capers entered a guilty plea on the crack charge on 29 November, 2006 before Judge Hughston. The judge sentenced Capers under the Youthful Offender Act to a term not to exceed one to three years.

While he was out on bond and awaiting trial for the above charges, Capers was arrested again in October of 2005 and charged with PWID Crack and PWID Crack Near a School. The 9th Circuit Solicitor dismissed the charges in November of 2005 noting there was no indictment. Did you folks know that an indictment by a Grand Jury is NOT required for the solicitor to follow through with prosecution? See, you learn something every day here.

While still out on bond Capers was arrested in February of 2006 and charged with 3rd Degree Burglary. He pled guilty to this charge on that same court date in November. Judge Hughston sentenced him to a term not to exceed one to five years and set it to run concurrent with the other sentence.

While out on bond on ALL of the above charges Capers was arrested again in March of 2006 and charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Pistol, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Possession of a Pistol by a Person Under 21, Resisting Arrest and Receiving Stolen Goods.

These charges were also handled in November of 2006. Capers pled guilty to unlawful carrying of a pistol and possession of a pistol under 21. The other charges were dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

Judge Hughston handed down terms of not to exceed one year and not to exceed one to six years respectively. He set these sentences to run concurrently with the others.

While out on bond on ALL of the above charges, Capers was charged in June of 2006 with Possession of a Sawed-Off Shotgun, Unlawful Carrying of a Pistol and Unlawful Possession of a Pistol by a Person Under 21. These charges were dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor in December of 2006.

Capers' arrest in October of 2007 shows us he served less than year in prison for ALL of the above charges. On 30 October, 2007 he was charged with Failure to Stop for Blue Lights.. He pled guilty to the charge on 5 December, 2008 before Judge Roger Young. Capers was sentenced to ninety days.

While out on bond on the above charge Capers was charged on 7 November, 2007 with Assault & Battery and Strong Arm Robbery. He was allowed to plead guilty to the assault charge and the 9th Circuit Solicitor dismissed the robbery charge. Judge Hughston, who had already had sentenced Capers on other violent charges agreed to the plea deal and sentenced him to thirty days on the assault charge.

While out on bond on all of the above charges Capers was charged with a probation violation in December of 2007. There is no status available.

In April of 2008 Capers was hit with a number of charges. He was charged with two counts of Assault & Battery With Intent to Kill, Discharging a Firearm, Use of a Firearm During a Crime of Violence, a Probation Violation. All charges were dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor six months later.

In June of 2011 Capers was charged with Armed Robbery and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime. His bond was set $150,000 by Judge Gosnell. He is currently out of jail awaiting trial on these charges.
