Two Maggots Arrested in Berkeley County *Updated*

Update: Not sure if Kennyth and "Caleb" are the same fella. Can anyone clear that up for us?

Update #2: Thanks to our readers for stepping up. In the rush to get out information we let ourselves fall into "media mode" and mixed up our "Brad" Matlocks. We apologize. This post has now been edited to reflect the updated information.

"Arthur Chavis" and Caleb Brad Matlock have been charged with two counts of murder by Berkeley County authorities in the deaths of Dana Woods and June Guerry.

We put up the criminal charges for Kennyth Brad Matlock when the media was identifying Caleb only as "Brad Matlock". We are now told Kennyth is Caleb's brother. Since we already have Kennyth's arrest info up, we will leave it up. Seems to run in the family. We found no publicly accessible arrest data for Caleb.

At this time there is no reliable information that Kennyth was involved in the murders of Woods and Guerry.

Kennyth Matlock has a charges pending from April 2012 when he was jailed for Failure to Stop for Blue Lights and Child Endangerment. Apparently he had a kid in the car when he was fleeing from police. Berkeley County doesn't list bonds in their database so we don't know how high of a bond he had for those charges.

Arthur Ray Chavis had a Grand Larceny charge dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor back in 2010. In 2011 he pled guilty to 3rd Degree Burglary. He was sentenced by Judge R. Markley Dennis to three years, suspended in favor eighteen months probation. Had he been in prison, Judge Dennis and Solicitor Wilson, he wouldn't have been involved in murdering two young women.

Davon Rashard Wilson - Serial Maggot

Another arrest has been made by NCPD in the case where Andre Manigault was found Dead Right There in the Forest Hills subdivision back in May. The news got his name wrong, but we didn't. Davon Rashard Wilson was charged yesterday with Murder, Attempted Murder, Possession of a Weapon During a Crime and Attempted Armed Robbery. He was found with a bullet wound to the leg right after the incident and was originally charged with Conspiracy to Violate SC Narcotics Laws. He is from the Dorchester Waylyn - Dorchester Terrace area of North Charleston, having lived on Houston Street, Wye Lane and most recently Bailey Drive. Wilson is no stranger to the ghetto jewelry commonly known as handcuffs. We won't bother with the false information or simple possession of marijuana charges. We will go straight for the GSC stuff.

In 2010 Wilson was charged with Failure to Stop for Blue Lights, Unlawful Carrying of a Pistol, Unlawful Possession of a Pistol by a Person under 18 YOA, and Possession of a Stolen Pistol.

The office of Scarlett Wilson, the 9th Circuit Solicitor, dismissed ALL of these charges in January of 2012.

In 2011 Wilson was charged with Possession of Cocaine and two counts of Murder/Attempted Murder. He pled guilty to the cocaine charge in January of 2012 before Judge R. Markley Dennis. Wilson was sentenced to ninety days in jail.

In exchange for the guilty plea to the cocaine charge, Scarlett Wilson, the 9th Circuit Solicitor, dismissed all of the weapons charges mentioned above as well as the two attempted murder charges.

We wonder what Wilson did to get such a sweet deal.

This charge from May of 2012 is the one NCPD hit Wilson with while they were sorting out the evidence in the murder of Manigault. As you can see, he was given a $50,000 bond by Judge Baldwin.

If you want to know why this repeat offender is out running around in our community we would suggest you contact Scarlett Wilson and Judge Dennis and ask them some very pointed questions. Why did Wilson dismiss all those serious charges? Why did Judge Dennis agree to such a shitty plea deal?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Traveling Thugs

Colleton County deputies jailed three thugs who were found in possession of burglary tools and a stolen safe. The suspects have been identified as Schylar Jabari Morgan, Vashon Calrissian Coine and Arthur Lee Smalls. "Arthur Lee Smalls"? How did he join the crew with that name?

These three thugs travel throughout the Lowcountry committing their crimes. Each has been convicted of numerous felonies, but none has served any time in prison thanks to solicitors dismissing charges and judges sentencing them to probation. Burglary, larceny and credit card fraud seem to be their forte. Hmmm.....haven't we had a cluster of burglaries involving the theft of safes in Charleston and Dorchester counties in the past few months?

Schylar Jabari Morgan, Arthur Lee Smalls, Vashon Calrissian Coine

"Schylar Morgan" claims to be from the Ft. Lauderdale area, but he has also been arrested in Hinesville, Georgia.

Morgan has a $50,000 bond on the Possession of Burglary Tools charge and an $8,000 bond on the charge of Receiving Stolen Goods.

Morgan has an extensive criminal history in Beaufort County.

In 2009 he was charged with two counts of Financial Transaction Card Fraud, Possession of Burglary Tools, 2nd Degree Burglary and two counts of Grand Larceny.

He pled guilty to burglary and one count of grand larceny on 3 May, 2010 before Judge J. Ernest Kinard. The 14th Circuit Solicitor dismissed all the other charges.

Judge Kinard sentenced him to five years, suspended on five years probation on each charge.

In light of these new charges we wonder if there will be an effort to revoke that probation and put Morgan in prison to serve out the remainder of his sentence. Somehow, we doubt it.

In 2011 Morgan was charged with Possession of Ecstacy. The 14 Circuit Solicitor dismissed the charge.

In May of 2012 Morgan was charged with Possession of Burglary Tools. He was out of jail on a $15,000 bond.

In light of the newest charges, we wonder if there will be any effort made to revoke this bond.

Somehow, we doubt it.

"Arthur Smalls" hails from Beaufort. He also got bonds of $50,000 and $8,000 respectively.

Note to the Colleton County Clerk - you have him listed under Authur Lee Smalls. Gotta watch that data entry - garbage in, garbage out don't ya know. You're welcome.

Arthur blames the Beaufort County court system for all his woes.

Arthur has a few GSC charges on his record in Beaufort County.

In 2010 he was charged with Grand Larceny - $10,000 or more and Possession of Burglary Tools. The burglary tools charge is still pending. Smalls is out on a $15,000 bond on that charge. In light of these new charges, we wonder if there will be any move to revoke his bond in Beaufort County.

In 2011 Smalls was charged with 2nd Degree Burglary and Possession of Ecstacy. The possession charge was dismissed by the 14th Circuit Solicitor.

Smalls went before Judge Carmen Tevis Mullen on 28 April, 2011 and pled guilty to the burglary charge and the Grand Larceny charge above. Judge Mullen sentenced him to five years, suspended in favor of 143 days time served and three years of probation on each charge.

If you look at the bond information for each of these charges you will see he didn't serve more than a few hours in jail before bonding out on each. Where the hell does Judge Mullen get that Smalls served 143 days on either of these charges?

In light of these new charges, we wonder if there will be any effort in Beaufort County, or at the state level, to revoke his probation and send him to prison for the remainder of that five year sentence? Somehow we doubt it.

We couldn't find a Thugbook account for Vashon Coine, but he uses an address on St. Helena Island. He picked up a $40,000 bond on the Possession of Burglary Tools and a $5,000 bond on the Receiving Stolen Goods.

Local authorities might want to take note of the fact that Vashon Coine formerly resided at 2181 Dunlap Street in North Charleston. He also lived at 500 Maybelline Drive in Hanahan. We are pretty sure our local departments are already looking at these three for the recent rash of safe thefts from Lowcountry restaurants.

Vashon has a record in Charleston County. In 2004 he was charged with PWID Marijuana Near a School and Possession of Ecstacy. the PWID charge was dismissed three years later by the 9th Circuit Solicitor. Coine pled guilty to the ecstacy charge before Judge Thomas Hughston on 24 May, 2007.

Yeah, you can see it coming, can't you? Judge Hughston sentenced Coine to one year, suspended in favor of one year of probation.

ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, FOX - Anyone?

Here's one that won't get any additional attention. Too bad the suspects weren't white. If that were the case we would all know about it by now. We are also willing to bet if these thugs are rounded up by LE we will be given the standard line of, "There is no evidence this was a "hate crime".

Driving the News - Again

Natassja (sheesh) Ross was charged with lying to police when she reported she had been shoved into her trunk and robbed of several deposit bags.

Looks like our instincts were correct. You will recall we threw the bullshit flag HERE.

Ross has a couple of evictions listed in the Charleston County database. We don't have time to check surrounding counties at the moment.

The part of the story the media failed to run with was the fact that a black woman described a white trash suspect who doesn't exist. If the victim had been white and described a non-existent black thug the usual suspects would be raising a hue and cry. The National Association of Advocates for Criminal People hasn't said a word. We are truly stunned! Not really.

Two Young Women Murdered

We normally don't comment on cases until a thug has been charged. The case of the two young women missing from Berkeley County was well covered by the media and the families of the missing women via a Facebook page they set up. Sadly, both women have been murdered. They were found within ten miles of one another. The map below shows the general area.

Our condolences go out to the families of both ladies.

Point B is Cane Gully Road. Point A is Greenwood Road.

Don't Bring a Knife to a Gunfight

A citizen pointed us to this video of an armed robbery incident on 31 October, 2011 in Wichita. Three thugs were robbing a Dollar General store. Police arrived within sixty seconds. When the first officer made entry, thug Dejuan Colbert charged the officer while armed with a knife and a bag of cash. Watch for yourself what happened.

If You Live in a Bowl

Taking a break from thugs for a moment to point something out. If you live in a freaking bowl don't bitch when it rains and the bowl fills up with water. Most of us are tired of hearing about the consequences of your poor decisions. Sorry, it had to said. Common sense isn't as common as we all would like to think.

Problems With SLED Sex Offender Registry?

This morning we went to the SLED Sex Offender Registry due to rumors that Philip Andrew Wucherer was listed at a sex offender. He is the twenty-two year old charged by SCHP with hitting four children with his vehicle in Sangaree and fleeing the scene. Folks posting in the comments section were putting up the link to a commercial site which claims Wucherer is a sex offender. According to the SLED site, he is not.

We were satisfied with that result and had decided not to do a post on Wucherer due to his lack of any real criminal record. Just to kill time before work we went surfing on the SLED database. We found a fellow who was listed as "Homeless" who could not be mapped. Hmmm. A few minutes of research showed us this individual is claiming to reside in Ladson and he even provides a map to his house.

How ironic is that? SLED says they can't map him, but he maps himself.

If we could find that information why can't SLED or local authorities charged with keeping track of these sex offenders? As a result, we wonder just how accurate the SLED database is.

Here is the info on the offender we tracked. Alvardez Romono Deloach. He has prior addresses in North Charleston and Hanahan. The victim of his 1st Degree Sexual Abuse charge in Alabama was twelve years old.

He doesn't appear to be homeless.

Deloach even put up a map to his home.

He claims to be married to Melissa Geiger. Her Facebook profile tells us she lives in Hartsville, SC and makes no mention of Deloach other than a spot on her friends list. Deloach does have thirteen "Geigers" on his friends list, both black and white.

We aren't sure of the extent of his criminal history in Alabama, but he has one in Charleston County.

2005 Charges:

Distribution of Cocaine and 2nd Degree Lynching.

Deloach pled guilty to the distribution charge on 9 January, 2006 before Judge Thomas Hughston. He was sentenced under the YOA to a term not to exceed one to six years, suspended in favor of two years probation. A typical lenient sentence from Judge Hughston.

The lynching charge was dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor with the note "pled guilty to waiver". We have no idea what that means.

2006 Charges:

Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle.

Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

2007 Charges:

Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Sentenced to 90 days.

2008 Charges:

Failure to Register as a Sex Offender - sentenced to 90 days.

Strong Arm Robbery, Assault & Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature and a Probation Violation.

Deloach pled guilty to the robbery charge before Judge Roger Young. He was sentenced to two years in prison.

The 9th Circuit Solicitor dismissed the ABHAN charge.
