Lamon Azreal Hamilton

We were doing our daily check of the arrests in Charleston County and saw where Lamon Azreal Hamilton was locked up earlier today. He was actually in our pending file so we thought we would move him to the head of the line.

Hamilton claims 5030 Durant Avenue as his home address. Based on a Google Street View search of Durant Avenue and a comparison of those images with pictures on his two Thugbooks accounts confirm that claim. You can find him on Thugbook under "La'mon Hamilton" and "Lamon Hamilton". Hamilton is a self-professed trapper (drug dealer) who doesn't mind flashing his cash and likes to point out how he is going to school. We can't figure out what this thug is actually doing there since he spends so much smoking weed and selling drugs.

Let us introduce you to Hamilton before we get to the arrest analysis.

We are pretty sure NCPD already knows where Hamilton hangs out to sell his drugs. That would explain the arrests we will talk about in a bit.

The higher you get, the higher your grades. Whodathunkit? This guy is a freaking genius!

Hamilton claims he got into a fight. Probably just a bad paper cut from all that "studying".

We always appreciate seeing out public servants in action.

Released from jail and immediately went back to slinging drugs.

2009 Arrests:

Distribution of Marijuana - pled guilty before Judge Roger Young in June 2009. Sentenced under the YOA to a term not to exceed five years, suspended in favor of 30 days in jail and six months probation.

Distribution of Marijuana Near a School - dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor. Of course.

PWID Marijuana - dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

Unlawful Carrying of  Pistol - dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

Possession of Ecstacy - Pled guilty before Judge Roger Young. Sentenced to 146 days, time served.

PWID Marijuana Near a School - dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

2011 Charges:

2nd Offense Marijuana Possession - dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.

PWID Marijuana - Pled guilty before Judge R. Markley Dennis. Sentenced to six months, suspended on service of 30 days time served and one year of probation.

2012 Charges:


PWID Marijuana - dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor. The case notes say "not indicted" but we can clearly see an indictment number listed at the bottom of the center column of data.

Hamilton's arrest earlier today was on charges of Possession of a Weapon by a Prohibited Person and Conspiracy to Violate Narcotics Laws. Bond was set at the ridiculously low amount of $10,000 on each charge. Does anyone out there think Hamilton will go straight when he bonds out? Yeah, neither do we.

Another Death in Duck Ditch

At around three Saturday morning BCSO deputies found D'Andrae George White in a very definite Dead Right There status at a home in the Beverly Hills subdivision of Goose Creek. White, who uses the address of 3751 Ashley Phosphate Road, had apparently been shot.

White is no stranger to guns, drugs or the police.

 PWID Marijuana - Pled guilty in March of 2004 before Judge Thomas Hughston who sentenced him under YOA to 1-5 years, then suspended it in favor of two years of probation.

 Trafficking Crack Cocaine - (Dorchester County) - Allowed to plead guilty to the lesser charge of possession by the 1st Circuit Solicitor. Judge Michelle Childs sentenced him to five years in prison, suspended on the service of two years and then eighteen months probation.


Unlawful Carrying of a Pistol - Pled guilty - sentenced to one year, suspended on service of 6 months, then one year of probation - concurrent with the previous sentence.

Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime - dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.

PWID Marijuana 1st Offense - Pled guilty - sentenced to two years, suspended on service of six months and one year of probation.

Possession of a Weapon by a Prohibited Person - dismissed by the 1st Circuit Solicitor.

2006 Charges (Charleston County):

Failure to Stop for Blue Light - No status listed

2008 Charges (Charleston County)


2nd Offense Failure to Stop for Blue Lights - Pled guilty before Judge Robert Young in March 2009. Sentenced to one year in prison.

3rd Offense Possession of Crack - Pled guilty - sentenced to one year, concurrent with the above.

2011 Charges:

Charleston County:

Failure to Stop for Blue Lights - failed to appear. Was finally indicted in Jaunary of 2012. Apparently still pending.


Dorchester County -

Possession of Cocaine - Pled guilty before Judge Diane Goodstein in March of 2012. Was sentenced to three years, suspended to eighteen months probation.

There you have it folks. Another thug Dead Right There as a result of his thug life. According to the social media we have reviewed, White's thug name was "Drop". You can read the condolence tweets below.
